This website is created without front-end HTML, CSS, or JavaScript development using Drupal 8 and the Olivero theme which is still in active development. The theme's alpha version released one day before I applied it to this site (18 May 2020) and is expected to be in active bug-fixing mode and to have some issues.
The Drupal 8 theme is named in honor of Rachel Olivero, the former Director of Organizational Technology at the National Federation of the Blind and an active contributor to the Drupal and accessibility communities.
Comprehensive audits and testing are done on the site regularly, in addition to a standard best-practices content structure, media, and copy strategy.
